Concert Dress Order Form

 

All Concert Dress clothing may be ordered at the Kick-Off Meeting in August or at one of our Friday rehearsals. 

1.  Print and complete a wardrobe order form  -   Wardrobe Order Form

2.  Attach a separate check, payable to FCHE, for the full amount. 

3.  Bring form and check to the Kick-Off Meeting or turn it in to the collection box at Friday rehearsals. Ordering deadlines will be announced via email.
